Every Google review from the last 12 months — Salons & spas

Every Google review dated 2025-08-17 to 2026-08-17 (the 12 months up to our data date) for every business in your market file: 97,276 reviews of 1,000 businesses. The AI read 81,601 of them.

One CSV per U.S. state (TX.csv, CA.csv ...). A state with more than 1,000,000 reviews is split into CA-1.csv, CA-2.csv ... because a spreadsheet opens at most 1,048,576 rows. The files are UTF-8 with a byte-order mark, so Excel shows accents and emoji correctly. Rows follow your market file: the business ranked 1 first, each business's reviews newest first.

COLUMNS
rank — the business's rank in your market file (1 = the most pain you can fix).
business name, business type, city, state, Google place ID — as in your market file.
review date — the day Google shows for the review (YYYY-MM-DD).
stars — the reviewer's rating, 1 to 5.
review text — word for word as Google shows it (Google's English translation for a review written in another language). Empty when the reviewer left stars only.
review link — opens this exact review on Google Maps, with the owner's reply under it. It shows the review as it is today: a reviewer can edit or delete a review after we read it.
complains about — for 1 to 3 star reviews: which of your problems the reviewer complains about (your problem names, separated by "; "). Empty = none of your problems.
handled well (praised) — for 5-star reviews: which of your problems the reviewer says this business handles well (the opposite of the complaint). Empty = none.
read by AI — "yes": an AI read this review for your problems. "not read": we do not read 4-star reviews or reviews without text (they rarely name a problem, and a rating alone has nothing to read). "not read (model error)": the AI's answer could not be used, twice; the review is here unread.
quoted in the market file — "yes" for the review your market file quotes for this business.

HOW THE REVIEWS WERE READ
Each review is read on its own, one at a time, against your problems. 1 to 3 star reviews: GPT-6 Luna reads each one, and Jev, our review judge, reads again every review Luna calls a complaint; a problem is marked when either says so. 5-star reviews: GPT-6 Luna first checks each one for your problems' topics; every review that touches any of them is read by Jev, our review judge, who decides which of your problems it praises.

HOW PRAISE WAS READ
For each of your problems we wrote, before reading any review and from your problem descriptions only, the topic the first reader looks for and what a happy customer typically says:
- Booking system unavailable: topic — online booking — booking an appointment on the website or app, availability shown online, booking page loading, being able to pick a time slot online; a happy customer might write — Booking online was so easy — I picked a time that worked and it confirmed instantly / loved how simple it was to book online
- Double-booked appointment: topic — scheduling and calendar mix-ups — being double-booked, two clients scheduled at once, appointment slot conflicts, overlapping bookings; a happy customer might write — My appointment was ready right on time, no mix-ups or overlapping bookings / everything was scheduled perfectly, no double-booking issues
- Appointment missing on arrival: topic — appointment records — arriving to find the booking missing, staff having no record of the appointment, lost or unrecorded bookings, rebooking on the spot; a happy customer might write — They had my appointment right there in the system when I walked in, no confusion at all / my booking was exactly where it should be, no mix-ups
- Surprise charge at checkout: topic — pricing and charges — being charged a different amount than quoted, price discrepancies at checkout, receipts not matching what was booked online; a happy customer might write — The price matched exactly what I was quoted online, no surprises at checkout / paid exactly what I expected, receipt matched the booking price
- Deposit not refunded: topic — deposits and refunds — paying a deposit, getting deposit money back after cancelling, refund processing, refund delays; a happy customer might write — Got my deposit back right away after I had to cancel, no hassle at all / refund was processed quickly and exactly as promised
- Duplicate card charge: topic — card charges and billing — being charged, duplicate charges, being billed twice, checkout charges on a card or bank statement; a happy customer might write — Only got charged once, no billing issues at all / payment went through smoothly with no duplicate charges
- No reminder sent: topic — appointment reminders and confirmations — text or email reminders, confirmation messages, missing or forgetting appointments; a happy customer might write — Got a reminder text the day before so I didn't forget / loved the confirmation text, made sure I didn't miss my appointment
- Unanswered messages to salon: topic — texting or messaging the salon — reaching the salon to reschedule, cancel, or ask questions, getting replies to texts or messages; a happy customer might write — Texted to reschedule and got a quick reply right away / they responded fast when I messaged to change my appointment time

COVERAGE
For very busy businesses we hold only their newest ~190 reviews. Where that limit falls inside the 12 months, the older reviews of that window are not here (the business's reviews-per-month numbers in the market file end in "+" for the same reason).
Businesses in your market file without review data (see its "why no review data" column) have no rows here.
