What you are buying

A market file: every business of the kinds you choose that we find in U.S. business listings, ranked by recent customer reviews that describe the problems you confirmed, with review quotes, review and rating trends, and suggested opening lines. $699 for the first business type and $99 for each additional type; the total is shown before you pay. Business counts come from our listing sources and are approximate. Evidence shows what customers wrote in public reviews; it is not a claim that any business intends to buy anything.

Payment

Your card is held at checkout and charged once, when your file is delivered. If we cannot finish your file, the hold is released and you are not charged. Payments are processed by Stripe; your card details never reach Verbatim's servers.

Delivery

Files are built after you order and usually finish within a day; the largest markets take the longest. We email you when your file is ready. Your order page is a private link: anyone holding it can open your results and download the file.

Weekly alerts

Optional: $99 a month per business type, billed monthly by Stripe until you cancel. Each week we email the businesses whose customers newly described the problems you confirmed. Reply to any alert to cancel; you will not be charged again after cancellation.

Refunds and disputes

Before you pay, you review the business types and problems your file is built from and confirm them. Every sale is final once your file is delivered: there are no refunds. If something is wrong with your file, write to us and we will fix it. If we do refund an order, or a card payment is disputed, access to the file and results is removed.

Acceptable use

The file is licensed to your company for its own sales, marketing and research. You are responsible for using its contents lawfully, including how you contact any business it names.
