How do you find the problems?
We read each business's recent Google reviews for customers describing the problems you confirm. Every quote is word for word, with its date and stars.
How long does it take?
Usually within a day — we email you when it's ready. We read every review of the last 12 months one at a time, so the biggest markets take the longest.
When is my card charged?
Only when your file is ready. If we can't finish it, the hold is released and nothing is charged. Once your file is delivered the sale is final: no refunds.
Do I get the reviews themselves?
Yes. Every review from the last 12 months for every business in your file, one spreadsheet per state. We read each 1–3★ review for the problems you fix and each 5★ review for praise of how the business handles them.
What's in each row?
Name, phone, website and map link; the problems found and when; the best recent review to quote, linked to Google with the owner's reply if there is one; which of your problems its customers praise it for handling well; reviews per month and the rating trend; two messages to edit.
